Hi, bamboo dale team. . We were there for 3 days of our beautiful post wedding period and our experience was excellent. We had experienced beautiful combo of resort stay and hospitality. Thankyou for hosting us.

Awesome experience and the resort staff are very good and service is top notch and the scenic view is awesome but during summer in day time there is no ac in the tree house but at night the temperature ho down too low but over all best resort to stay in munnar in this budget

Rooms were good not excellent, location is yes ofcourse at quite a distance from main city road... property is under construction near restaurant and behind pool area..At this time of the year there was no waterfall so no view from tree house.. However overall nice and comfortable stay

Actual vs picture of property and rooms are different, nothing great about this property. Staff is friendly and good food.

The stay was ok, not much as the hype. The rooms were average based on thr cost of the rooms. You can find better rooms at this rate

Resort is not good. There are no amenities other than a swimming pool. Fans were not working in the common area. Foosball table was broken. Chi counter in the evening closed very early and no other option. The water in the bathroom was very very slow. Unclean infrastructure and you will feel the dirty smell all around. Not worth booking this place when a much better stay is available nearby. It was our mistake we booked here and not at all worth the money.
